We take care of our caregivers. Our comprehensive training program helps ensure that our Caregivers are well equipped to handle difficult situations as well as their clients’ individual needs. A helpful manager is always available by phone to answer questions and lend support.
You will receive feedback periodically so that you know how you are doing. Furthermore, we recognize and reward excellent work.
Our screening process is very thorough. Successful applicants are patient, compassionate, reliable, flexible, caring, punctual, and open-minded. Bilingual caregivers are always needed.
